Transitioning into Fall With Suede and Florals

This seriously is going to be one of those jackets (like my army jacket and jean jacket) that I wear non-stop! We have had some cooler (like 60 degrees) days where I live so I thought it was the perfect time to share how to transition in Fall featuring this blogger (literally every blogger) favorite jacket. I ordered mine in a size medium to give me extra room in the arms for a light sweater come, Winter. This is last years version which is also a great option!

I love that my favorite suede sandals match perfectly with the jacket so I can pair the two together more often. Lastly, the jeans are a step-hem which I have been dying to try out. I picked mine up for $19 which was such a steal! I really like them but I think I need to trim them a little. Happy Wednesday everyone!!

The Date Night Dress

During the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, I picked up this dress to try and have loved it! The front and back detailing, the length and just all the details make this one of my go to dresses for date nights or dressed up events. It also comes in a white and black version which would work well transitioning it into Winter.  I bought a large for length because the Socialite brand runs really short on me and I am only 5'5. When I say short, I meant bearly bend over and your whole butt is hanging out. I paired the dress with the only black colored sandals I own (which are my favorite style), but the lace up detailing make it work well with the outfit.

This has been the longest week! With only one week left of Summer "break" (wasn't really a break for me) before headed back for Fall semester I have a lot that needs to be done! I think next week I will have an update on my life post up because a lot of things are changing and I'd love to share!

Look how beautiful this dress is! I found it at a vintage shop with no label and think it must have been handmade from the way the zipper is. I absolutely love the colors and material! Have a wonderful weekend!

So both the top and skirt were purchased at the beginning of summer and just now I finally had a chance to wear them. That also means that they are on super sale for you if you want to purchase! I mean everything in this look is pretty much on sale, the shoes are only $19 and they come in a bunch of other colors and patterns. You could wear this tan pair or the black color into the Fall!

Also, I have noticed stores are starting to put out a lot more of their Fall clothing which is really exciting! I bought a few things (here, here & here) that are making me so excited! Let me know what your favorite stores are to shop at for Fall items!
