I feel like I maybe a little late to the party, but I am obsessed with the Target Who What Wear collection! I've picked up about 6 or 7 pieces from the collection so far. The quality on the items are amazing for the price. This blouse was under $25, but felt like it could have been from Banana Republic or J.Crew. I also bought it in the black and white polka dot print. It is kind of funny because before I went to Florida, I was helping my mom pick out outfits and I had her try on a bunch of cute things for the collection and she actually bought the polka dot blouse first, so now we are just going to be twinning! Also just as a warning, you will be seeing a lot more of this vest in the upcoming post. It is the perfect Spring piece and just seems to go with everything...my apologies. I also picked that up at Target for a great price! I also bought these OTK boots in black because they were such a great price and I seem to wear the cognac pair a lot. Today I am registering for Fall classes as well as Summer classes. Fingers crossed I get my top picks.
